First of all, why would you need something other than a phone number on the call logs screen?
When you’re managing leads phone number is just used for dialing is done automatically so it is not very useful.
Hence instead of that, you can set up any other field as conduction in the card on your call logs screen!
Just follow the simple steps
- Click on the user icon > Lead fields settings
- Instead of the phone number select any other filed for the H2
That’s it! You can go back to all lanes or any other page and see that the changes have taken effect
