How to create WhatsApp templates in TeleCRM?

Why create WhatsApp templates: Instead of typing WhatsApp messages to every lead every single time, you can choose from pre-saved templates and send messages directly from the app.

To create WhatsApp templates on the web app:

Step 1: Log in to your TeleCRM account. Click on the User Menu displayed in the top-left section.

Step 2: Now go to Msg Templates. There you will see Template options for WhatsApp, SMS and Email. You can create a new template by clicking on the ‘+’ symbol given at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: You can use variables like name, company name, etc. in the templates. Once you’re done, hit the Save button given in the bottom-right section.

To create WhatsApp templates on the mobile app:

Step 1: Open the User Menu on the TeleCRM mobile app, click on Msg Templates and go to WhatsApp. 

Step 2: Create a new template by clicking on the ‘+’ symbol given at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: You can use variables like name, company name, etc. in the templates. Once you’re done, hit the Save button given in the bottom-right section.

To see the new changes, open any lead panel, tap on the WhatsApp icon and type ‘/’, choose your template.
