When calling from the TeleCRM mobile app, it is possible that you’re not able to call anyone. The reason for this problem is you’ve not given permission to the app. You can fix this by following these steps.
Step 1: Open Settings on your mobile and go to Apps.
Step 2: Scroll down and open TeleCRM.
Step 3: Inside App settings, go to Permissions, click on Phone and set it to allow. That’s it.
Now open the TeleCRM app and start calling, you’ll be able to call now. If you’re still not able to call, reach out to us at our customer chat support and we will resolve it for you.
