it happens due to misconfiguration or mobile capability issues. The solution is really simple


  1. Make sure you have a decent phone/setup: (4 GB RAM, fast internet, and ram clear)
  2. Clear Config issues: clear data, clear cache
  3. Contact the chat support again: if the issue still does not get resolved!
