How to set up and use custom fields in TeleCRM?

Why use the custom field feature: As a business owner it is important to save important details of every customer. And every business has different requirements for its customers so as a business owner it becomes important to set up custom fields to save customer information.

How to set up custom fields?

Step 1: Open the User Menu in the TeleCRM mobile app and inside Settings, go to Lead Fields.

Step 2: Here tap on the phone number field and select any other field as you wish for the H2.

That’s it. You can go to any lead page and see the new changes.

How you can try the custom field feature of TeleCRM

If you haven’t signed up -> Signup and try today
If you have already signed up -> Log in to TeleCRM to try this feature
