How to set up custom message templates in TeleCRM

Why use the custom message template feature: TeleCRM allows you to interact with your leads through WhatsApp, SMS and Email. Rather than typing messages to every lead every single time, you can choose from pre-saved templates and send messages directly from the app.

How to set up custom msg templates?

Step 1: Open the User Menu in the app and tap on Msg Templates. Select the option for which you wish to create a new template.

Step 2: Tap on the ‘+‘ symbol given at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Draft your template, you can even use variables like name, company name, etc. in the templates. Once done, tap on the Save button.

To see the new changes, open any lead panel and type ‘/’ inside the messaging platforms, choose your template.

If you have already signed up -> Log in to TeleCRM to try this feature
