I am not able to see campaigns. How to fix this?

If you are an Admin/Root User
If you’re an admin and are not able to see campaigns, close the app and reopen it. It will solve the issue. If you’re still not able to see it, reach out to us at our customer chat support and we will resolve it for you. 

If you are a Caller
If you’re a caller and are not able to see campaigns, it’s probably because you’ve not been assigned any campaigns. Ask your admin to assign you the campaign and you’ll be able to see campaigns.


If you haven’t signed up -> Signup and try today
If you have already signed up -> Log in to TeleCRM to try this feature
