There are instances where when you send WhatsApp messages from TeleCRM app, it sends from your personal number and not from the business number. If you’re facing this, here’s a quick and easy way solution for this.
Step 1: Go to Settings on your mobile.
Step 2: Go to App settings > WhatsApp > Set as default.

Step 3: Hit on Clear defaults and then in the “Go to supported URLs” option, select always ask.

Step 4: Now go to the TeleCRM mobile app, open any lead and click on the WhatsApp button, it will ask you to select the number from which you want to send. Select your business number and select the Always option. And you’re done.
Note: The Settings might be different based on the Mobile devices but the steps are the same.
