Where do I see my scheduled follow-up calls?

Once you’ve set up a follow-up call with a lead, you can check it by visiting the follow-up section inside the activities section. 

To view scheduled follow-up calls on the web app:

Step 1: Log in to the TeleCRM web portal. 

Step 2: Once logged in, go to the upcoming section inside My Activities. Here you will be able to see all your scheduled follow-up calls. 

To view scheduled follow-up calls on the mobile app:
Step 1:
Log in to TeleCRM mobile app.

Step 2: Once logged in, open the User Menu and tap on Activities. Next, tap on the Scheduled Calls. Here all your scheduled follow-up calls will be displayed.
