These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for Cancellation & Refund from Flamon Cloudtech Pvt. Ltd.'s Website, located at telecrm.in.
For all quarterly and annual plans, we provide a full refund within the first fifteen days. To process the refund, we require that customers partake in a brief feedback call, in order to help us understand their concerns and improve our services.
Our monthly plans are non-refundable. In specific cases where the sales team has offered a one-time trial on a monthly subscription plan, this policy will still apply and no refunds will be granted.
In circumstances where promised features are not being delivered, we may consider granting a refund for the unused subscription period. However, this is subject to the sole discretion of our management team. For instance, if you have an annual plan and, after three months, a feature isn't delivered as promised, you can raise a refund request with our support team. We will aim to resolve the issue within a 30-day period. If the issue remains unresolved after 30 days, a refund will be provided for the remaining 9-month duration of your subscription.
Please note that refunds will not be provided in cases where users have misunderstood the product features or engaged in inappropriate behavior with our support team. This includes demanding a refund due to disagreements with our team, seeking support outside of designated support hours, and other similar situations.
Also note that all refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to your satisfaction and appreciate your understanding of our refund policies.

If we decide to change our Cancellation & Refund Policy, we will post those changes on this page.
These conditions shall be governed by and construed and take effect in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that for any action or proceeding to be brought by you, the courts and tribunals at Gurgaon in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes or claims which may arise out of or in connection with this agreement.
