We always strive to provide you with the best tools to manage your leads, tasks and communication efficiently. Over the years, the WhatsApp Notification feature has helped many of you stay instantly informed about new leads, tasks and other important events — all through the WhatsApp Cloud API.
However, due to recent changes in WhatsApp’s pricing model, we will be discontinuing this feature effective [10/Nov/25].
Until June 1, 2025, WhatsApp’s Cloud API pricing allowed unlimited messages within a 24- An hour session under a single charge.
Starting June 1, 2025, WhatsApp will begin charging per message sent through the API.
This change means that continuing to provide WhatsApp notifications in the same way would significantly increase operational costs, making it unviable for us to maintain this feature.
